The Minister for Planning has appointed an independent Panel at the request of the GAA. The Panel has been appointed conditional on the resolution of a Strategic Impact Assessment Agreement currently being considered by the Commonwealth Minister for the Environment, Heritage and the Arts. The agreement proposes to manage nationally significant biodiversity matters across the metropolitan region including in Truganina South. The Panel will make recommendations to the GAA on unresolved public submissions to Truganina South Community Precinct Structure Plan (Wyndham C123).
